We ship all items within 3-5 business/working days of receipt of payment.

All items are dispatched in accordance with your given mailing address. If your given mailing address is incorrect or not up-to-date, we cannot be held responsible for items being delivered to an incorrect address.

International orders are shipped using Fed Ex Express 7-10 business days delivery service. You are responsible for any of the restrictions, duties, taxes and broker fee collected from your country. While we only use the best shipping companies such as Fed Ex Express and the US post office to send the items for your order, customs costs including product return chargebacks and tax will be responsibility of the buyer. Should an item be returned by customs, the carrier charges us a product return fee which the buyer will also be responsible for. Any customs fees will be additional. As a result, please do make sure that any items that you intend purchasing, can in fact be imported to your country prior to ordering.
